Intro to Residential Building Code Training

Intro to Residential Building Code Training

Instructor: Clint Carter

Clint started his career in the paramedical and law enforcement community. With the nature of these jobs, he took the safety and enforcement experience into a career in code enforcement. Clint has obtained almost every building code certification available: Residential Building Code, Commercial Building Code, Concrete construction, and Building Code Official.

Assistant Instructor: Matt Daniels

Matt Daniels has multiple years of experience in insurance adjusting, disaster recovery, and is an ICC certified residential combination inspector.  The lead instructor Clint Carter, mentored Matt through the certification process and the result was the ICC certification.  Now both Clint and Matt are taking those lessons learned from the mentorship process and applying them to this coursework.  Matt is excited to bring the experience and knowledge he has gained from Clint to the remaining inspection industry; expanding the knowledge base and abilities of those in insurance claims, disaster recovery, real estate, and more!
